I'm delighted to introduce myself as Michael Terry Jr., your dedicated 12th-grade administrator. It's an honor to be a part of our dynamic community, and I'm genuinely excited about the journey ahead.

My educational journey began with a bachelor's degree in social work from Western Carolina University. Eager to deepen my understanding and expand my skills, I pursued further education, earning master's degrees from both the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and Gardner-Webb University. This diverse academic background has equipped me with a rich array of perspectives and strategies that I bring to my role as an educator.

For me, education is more than just teaching lessons; it's about fostering growth and empowerment in every student. I firmly believe that as an educator, I serve as a bridge, guiding students toward the best versions of themselves. This means not only providing academic support but also ensuring that each student's basic needs are met so they can fully engage in their learning journey.
